Start from repeated replies
Group chats have patterns. If a phrase appears every week, it is probably a good sticker idea.
Use one punchline per sticker
The joke should be understandable before the user zooms in. One face, one caption, and one emotion usually beats a complicated collage.
Keep packs friendly enough to reuse
A sticker that is too harsh or too specific may only get sent once. Funny but flexible reactions are better for retention.
