IP Complaint Policy

1. Scope
This policy describes how rights holders can report alleged copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement on MojiKit, and how affected users may submit a counter-notice.
2. How to Submit a Complaint
Submit complaints by email to [email protected] with subject line IP Complaint.
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Description of the protected work, mark, or right allegedly infringed.
- URL or in-product identifier of the disputed content.
- Statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.
- Statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
3. Review and Action
We may remove, disable, limit access to, or otherwise restrict disputed content while we review a complaint. We may request additional information from the complainant or content uploader.
4. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the complaint was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with subject line IP Counter-Notice.
- Your contact details and identification of the removed content.
- A statement explaining why removal is mistaken or unauthorized.
- Your consent to applicable dispute jurisdiction where required by law.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
5. Repeated Abuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement or repeated abusive, bad-faith notice submissions, subject to applicable law.
